    yeah... PG, VG, Flavorings, Batteries, Wick, Wire Cannot be banned or even restricted due to their use in other products/markets. Nicotine and bre-built mods & atomizers... those could be an issue.

    Just got a call from the Associated Press. He gave me a synopsis. Standard Equivalency Minor Sales Ban No restriction on Liquids the equivalence issue the AP reporter didn't seem to think it would be a big deal... that most ecigs would be able to pass because they are functionally the same...

    This is the type of news I needed when coming out of my little ECF sabbatical... You see... I stepped away from this site for a bit because it was all too depressing... I was still out and about advocating for eCigs where and when appropriate... but the daily grind of finding ANTZ pushed...

    is there a flavor change when lowering nic?

    I feel like the taste is 'purer' more true... as mentioned some nicotine has a taste of it's own... I find this especially true of fruity flavors... they definitely taste better at lower nic. Which is probably part of the reason that samples at vape shops are done with 0 nic juice.

    I'm thinking Moskowitz was not a Philosophy major. You can't prove a negative. Therefore it's not possible to prove eCigs are NOT harmful. The absence of proof of safety is not proof of harm.
