is there a flavor change when lowering nic?

I don't think it means less vapor - but it can mean less throat hit, if you're into that.

Generally no there shouldn't be much of a change in flavor or taste or vapor. There will be less of a hit. On the other hand nicotine from different vendors liquids may have a taste of its own. Some have almost no taste at all while another might have a slight peppery taste. So that could make small difference in taste.

I feel like the taste is 'purer' more true... as mentioned some nicotine has a taste of it's own... I find this especially true of fruity flavors... they definitely taste better at lower nic.

Which is probably part of the reason that samples at vape shops are done with 0 nic juice.
