    Heyas Nubee, LR does in fact mean a lower resistance value. i.e. 1.7oms is lower than 3oms. Less resistance means more/hotter vapor, shorter battery charge life (not sure about battery life in general), and I've heard that LR atty's and carto's are likely to burn out faster than normal...
