Learned about dripping. Wanted a big head buzz, and it was right on. Dripped too much and ended up burning out a battery; dripped to much and leaked into the battery. Almost lost my mind thinking about not having the equipment.

Note to newbies....buy some spares. Fortunately I found a local supplier, but OMG I was really honestly scared. I don't want to ever go back to analogs, and it scared me BIG TIME.

A better alternative is don't buy auto batteries which cannot be sealed. Use manual batteries which are sealed and you won't have the problem regardless of how you fill the cart. Plus manuals just perform much better.

Dripping is not for auto batteries or any batteries with an open hole in to the inside on the threaded end. I recommend sealed manual batteries for dripping.

And yes - spares are key - but you won't need battery spares as much with manual sealed batteries like 510, RN4081, SmokelessImage (KR808D-1), and the big battery models like Ego and Riva

And don't forget a spare charger. You'll have a backup if one fails and you can charge more than one battery at a time. Now I'm thinking about what to have on hand for an extended power failure (beyond the standard PCCs) maybe one of those battery packs that can provide recharges multiple times.

Good point, I actually bought an entire additional Joye 510 starter kit which included a charger, bats, atty's and carts. I had an atomizer go bad too, so I figured I'd better have a backup of everything necessary to vape.

As for a power outage, I've got a generator for several circuits in my house, so power outage at my house would be a-ok.

I'm just not sure I'll have any lighters around for the candles....now that I don't need them anymore
