I found i really am liking the size and performance of the 18500. I even found some 18500 1700 MAH batteries that have been working great...

    Low ohm single coil builds?

    You could use less wraps, but then you probably would impair the vaporizing of the liquid due to less coil to wick contact. I am not into mechanicals yet so I do not run anything that low.

    I had an AGA-T with stainless mesh 1.0 ohm coil with 4/3 or 5/4 wraps with 32 gauge kanthal. How low are you trying to go. 28 gauge should be the way to go. I also have an EVIC so i can test my coils for resistance and re-wrap if they are too high.
