USB MOD - Penstyle / DSE801 - No Battery Sacrifice

Sure. I've included pics of the cable "disassembled". One leg of the switch is soldered directly to the connector (rough it up a little to get it to stick). The shrink tubing will cinch it all up and really hold it in place. If you've got a switch with other "legs" you can wrap the lower...

    Smoke51

I purchased the 901b deluxe kit from the smoklesshop. The Smokeless Shop - The Ultimate DSE901b Black Mini Starter Kit No to mention that KatyS has some of the best customer service I have ever had. D

USB MOD - Penstyle / DSE801 - No Battery Sacrifice

:thumb: You both got it! Basically, it's the same concept that Maddog had with his tire chuck/tank valve. It's actually a coax connector, the type you use to connect 2 cables. You can pick them up just about anywhere. The trick is that it's got 2 sides and the "flat" side is the one...

USB MOD - Penstyle / DSE801 - No Battery Sacrifice

Holy cow, Batman... I finally figured it out! Since I smoke a pen-style exclusively (for now), I've been hoping and wishing that someone would beat me to the punch. All the while trying to "fit" my atomizer onto various screw-type contraptions. Today I finally found one that would work. It's...

    Smoke51

Hi Paladinx, and welcome. It was that same "Stand in the Mall" that let me here. The Smoke 51 stand wanted $150 + tax, for 1 atomizer, 2 batts, and 5 carts. At first I thought, "Hey, that's 3 cartons of Cigs here in Texas" so it'll be a cheap deal. Then I found this form, and not only did I...

UGH wish I would have read this before I place my order for the vanilla. It is just my luck. Thank you for the info. And everyone for their opinions. D

    Need yalls opinion

I really like the johnson creeks vanilla ice cream flavor. I was wondering what some of you have thought of others brands of vanilla? Especially if you have tried JC's version. To be honest I never really expected to like the flavors so I was quiet surprised by this. I just dont feel like the...

I am new to the e-cig and have a few questions

All I can say is WOW. I got my e-cig Wed. Since then I have smoked an average of 5-6 traditional cigarettes a day. I am just amazed since I normally smoke 30 a day. I still have that somewhat need for the traditional cig but I think that is due to habit as well. Oh and I get to vap in the house...

Video: DIY Atomizer connection DSE901 - No Need for dead Battery

Great find Maddog I experimented with this idea a bit yesterday, and discovered a couple things. Pep Boys carries something similar in a 2pk - they are brass under the chrome and run $6.99 for the 2. They are a little shorter and come with a screw, couple rubber washers, a metal washer and a...

USB Mod w/o killing a battery

Hey all, since I'm still a newbie I can't post to the regular forums so I thought I'd share my ideas here. I shamelessly stole Maddog's idea for using a tire-valve as a connector. Here's what I used. Pics will have to wait till I've spent more time posting instead of creating  1...

    My DIY - DSE901 - MAGNUM POWER

Just out of curiosity... is there some reason why you're not using the 3x (4.5v) pack that came with the Flashlight? The USB runs at a little over 5v, so I can't imagine that a 4.5v would hurt the atomizer. (I've got stacks of rechargable AAA batteries and they are much easier to find/recharge).

    Home Cooked Liquid

I got to thinking about TropicalBob's comments about reusable tea-bags, and thought I'd fabricate my own "teabag" out of a coffee filter or two. Basically, I just created a pouch by folding a filter in half, filling it with about 10g of tobacco and stapling it closed. Toss 2 in a pot and...

I am new to the e-cig and have a few questions

Thank you Cashmere. I apprecaite you responding so quickly. And your right saving my life has no price. Although that has lead me to another question. I know vap'ing is definatley better then traditional smoking, but does anyone know the health risks of vap'ing? How safe is vap'ing?

I am new to the e-cig and have a few questions

Hi, I am new to the whole e-cig thing. Actually I didnt even know they excited until Saturday while walking around the mall. A vendor was there selling something51. I was quiet amazed by the whole e-cig concept and frankly frightened by the price. They wanted 150.00 for their product. After...
