50 watts should be more than powerful enough to satisfy all but a very small percentage of vapers. Experimenting with different builds on it will give you a very good idea if more power would interest you. Aside from regulated power you get battery protection from the SX chips. Even if you plan to use some builds on a mechanical you can test fire them on one of the higher watt regulated mods which is a nice feature. The IPV 50 watt SX330 V2 allows down to .2 oHm builds.
