Smok al85 not firing with new tank, please help???
1st guess: The TFV18 coils are low Ohm & require high power. The AL85 is a single 18650 mod. Your battery may not be able to output enough power for the coil. Even if you have a high CDR battery, you're not going to get much use out of it at the recommended wattage for TFV18 coils. Some more...- MLEJ

Voopoo RBA TPP and PnP coil heads
i'm not an expert at coil building; that's why i usually use pre-made rta/rba coils like the ones i mentioned before. The label on Voopoo's PnP-RBA coils says the ID is 2.4mm. The coils have 3 full wraps + the ones that extend into the 2 leads. They're spaced. The label says the material is...- MLEJ

Looks like I'll be moving on to my 27th device. Two more broke...
i'd suggest you try the 0.8 & 1.2 for MtL. You may like 1 better or like them both. Play w/ the airflow adjustment as well as the wattage to get the vape you like, too. Good luck.- MLEJ

Disposables have a place in the market but, for someone already using refillable devices, not something to use regularly, imo. Your Nord GT probably came w/ a manual that should tell you how to lock & unlock it. It may be faulty, though. If you want longevity, i'd suggest you consider getting...- MLEJ

what are your E-Liquid flavours, Brands, type etc and why ?
DIY e-liquid & rebuildable tanks can save you a lot of money long-term. Plus you can have some fun w/ them. They're insurance for the future, as well. It takes some practice along w/ some trial-&-error. Worth it, imo. Flavors, PG, & VG are easy to get. Nicotine is what's getting more & more...- MLEJ

Vasopresso or Uwell for flavor?
Never used either so can't help you there. Just posting to let you know that Vaporesso makes GTX tanks that take the coils you already like. If you want to stick w/ what you know, you could pick up a mod by itself, rather than a kit, and get a GTX tank along w/ it. Apologies if you knew that... -
RDA should I get one?
It happens to the best of us. Another benefit of a rebuildable w/ TC. That's just gonna happen w/ drop-in coils. Thousands are manufactured at a time and lemons are going to get through. Happy to be of help. Everyone here is. :)- MLEJ

RDA Any idea on a 24mm/25mm dual coil RDA ?

Standard practice among Chinese vendors. i can't see why not (though there shouldn't be missing items in the 1st place). All credit cards have consumer protections. The reason is PayPal policy, not the vendor's choice.- MLEJ

RDA should I get one?
RDA = Rebuildable Dripping Atomizer. These are for either squonk mods, which your Luxe is not, or for dripping e-liquid into as you go. It's a good idea to use a mod w/ Temperature Control when using an RDA, along w/ wire that can be used for that (Stainless Steel, Nickel, or Titanium usually)...- MLEJ

i don't know why you would have to destroy a tank to glow the coils. ??? i can't speak to the TPP RBA but the PnP one is very small, which means small, simple coils are all you can get in there.
