Yes i called Rob, guess im not the only one having problems(short in cord) he said he's having new one's made of better quality and would send one to me once they are in. -

they are clean, only used usb two maybe three times, just got it last thurs. Im pretty sure there is a short in the cord. moving cord around slightly i got a faint hit once and then nothing. I guess ill give Rob a call tomorrow unless anyone has any other ideas.? -

The top caps came loose on their own?? maybe i am just to rough on them? Also before i took cap off i could lift it just a bit and see inside that the wire was not connected. I'm disappointed this happened in just a couple of months use. Still have not heard back from Jeff.- rockstarr

Both of my Chucks(big&little) quit working because the wires aren't connected. I have no skill in this department, emailed Jeff about a week ago and still haven't heard back?? Thank god for my GGTS(no wires) hehehe:p- rockstarr
