    Sounds pretty close to FA. Just a note for you, FA Hazel Grove is clear and doesn't gunk your coils at all. I have been eying the Italian Cream because I love everything Hangsen so far but the "Italian" made me pause. If it's a fresh type cream then I'm all over it. Thanks

    Sounds pretty close, but I've never used SC Hazelnut. Is it a roasted or raw hazelnut flavor? If it's not roasted, it's probably pretty close to FA Hazel Grove and you're good to go.

    I know, 3% AP is ridiculous! But trust me, it works here in turning the small amount of hazelnut into a peanut butter - that's why he cautions about going over 1% of hazelnut - it's all about the combination. Personally, I'm no fan of Hazel Grove but in this recipe I like it.
