    better atomizer?

I use 1.5 Ohm atty's on my mini. I think a 1.8 is way too cool for a fresh 4.2V that may drop off sharply after a few squonks. You didn't say what juice you use, as that makes a difference too (tobacco/fruit/sweet, Pg/Vg, Mg). In my mini, I use 80/20 Ruby Red Grapefruit @18mg with a 1.5 Ohm...

My Reos have ruined my fun...

What, you don't search the classifieds for used REO's? I do even tho I cannot possibly justify adding to my collection of 11. I use my Grand & Mini every day. The DW has 3 18490 woods going at all times. And I pick the others up occasionaly. I don't have a 2.0, but will someday (in burnt...

The REO Lounge - Part III

You can use a mulmeter to do that. I'm not sure how the metal VVG is wired at the button (side) but it should have a red wire going to the post where the sqonk tube connects. So probably one wire to the switch from the chip, one wire fron the switch to the tube. Not sure how its grounded...

    REO Protective Services

I'm just flabbergasted on how they always land on the atty/carto/drip tip. I seldom worry about dropping a metal. Wood is another story.

The REO Lounge - Part II

I use Ceramic here in Colorado, but not for the cold. I use short carto's and it helps with the heat for me. I prefer them over anything else. Too cheap to buy that fancy stuff.

Need a new VV Reo Grand door

Drop Rob a PM through this forum. You never know! I haven't seen any VV parts in the classifieds, and very few VV's. I have a metallic red Grand. My wife calls it glitter, so i get where that might be said, but guy's call it metallic.

How do you service someone elses woodvil? :)

After all that replacing, cleaning & scent removal, good wood deserves a gentle waxing.

How do you service someone elses woodvil? :)

You may want to get a new feed tube, cap, o-ring and bottle. They will hold onto other flavors. If that doesn't work, then a trip to the spa to have the gasket replaced. I have used everclear in the bottle and filled the catch cup to the brim and let it sit overnight. Helped some. You can...

    Sick of dealing with vapage...

    1. I've used those with BB. Worked just fine. He does sell one for strictly vg, never tried it. Short barrel atty's and carto's work too if you need a less expensive option. Then if you are into a re-buildable, Rob also offers one. 1, Those might work till you get some AW's, Rob &...

    New to REO...few questions..

What flavor of juice? You are getting 8.82 watts when your 18650 is fully charged to 4.2v and your atty is 2 ohms ( have you measured them? ) Plenty of power for a good tasting vape. I find a 1.7/1.8 ohm atty is best for me on the REO Grand. I primarily use a 555 menthol, 24Mg, 80/20 pg/vg...

The REO Lounge - Part II

Happy Birthday Jen! I still drive a 69 Bug & 77 Bus, except when the weather is nice enough to ride my Harley! Today is 1 year smoke free for my wife & I. I got very frustrated early on and then found Reo's. I have accumulated about 10, loaned out 2 so i thought the perfect anniversary...

The REO Lounge - Part II

You are going to use such a small amount, and if you get both surfaces to bond, then unless you go swimming for an hour I wouldn't worry about waterproof. I'm not a fan of anything instant for wood repair and always clamp. A magnifying glass will help in this repair.

If it were mine, I'd drill a hole or two through the crack line and fill with wood glue and clamp. Use a Dremel on very low speed.

Polishing a raw tumbled Reo Grand?

Here is what I would do. Get some 00 steel wool and go over it. Then put it on a rag and get some Never-Dull and commence to polishing it.

An Affordable RBA, turn key & safe for our mods

I saw that also Karen. But my very limited knowledge has me wondering what else to buy with it. Low ohms is my goal (1.7). And what comes with the RBA? This thread says its turn-key. Enough for one is fine with me.
