    Thanks Bovinia. I fight back every day with it. And yes, we eat lots of cucumbers from Aldi. We make up a "spray" that we use on ALL our produce after we wash it. We all need to be proactive with everything, and especially with what we eat.

    Good morning all and one. Yep, that's how I feel, azz backwards. Blood sugar messed with my sleep. I have a morning full of VA visits. I hope each of us spend a moment today remembering the many dear souls who left this earth, bound for a better place, 14 years ago. May God bless us all.

    It took a bit for me to get used to it. I fill a shot size glass and take it. The first time I did that it indeed felt like a shot of booze as it went down. An instant warming.....And then I shuddered. Ha. There are so many benefits for ACV with mother. It can even conquer nail fungus.
