Evening,Tracy
That guy is a character!
I don't think there's ANY corralation between ACV and that both of them have passed
Morning folks
LOL Wharf! I've heard ACV is good for all manner if ills, I'll have to find the Braggs around here. I tried the regular ACV from the grocery store and it didn't help enough to get past the taste being worth it.
Glad you got some sleep Salem, but sorry that your allergies are raging so bad.

Our local WalMart has Braggs as well as a Florida grocery chain. It's either Motts or Heinz that has an unfiltered with the mother in it. I haven't tried it because there's nothing broke. I get local honey from a beekeeper down the street for when I want a concoction lol. 2tsp. honey with a little hot water to thin it. 2tsp of cider vinegar. Splash of seltzer then fill with ice and water. Makes a nice after dinner drink instead of tea or lemonade for a change. The local honey helps with allergies and the seltzer gives it a little pzazz.Bov, you have to use the Braggs with the "mother" in it. Nothing else will work as it is filtered and overprocessed. I get mine here Bragg Organic Apple Cider Vinegar 32 fl oz Liquid - Swanson Health Products
Shipping is a flat $5 so I only buy when i am ordering other stuff. But, new customers get 10% off plus free shipping on their first order. You will see a pop up box when you click on link. I also get it locally but, Swansons has better price. People have used this stuff forever to cure many ills.

I was surprised to see it at Wally's. I don't mind the taste of it alone either. Definitely better than regular acv. Almost like a sour wine taste, which is basically what vinegar is.I use the local honey with it as well. My sister just retired but is still getting it for us from a guy that she worked with. Beekeeping is a hobby for him.
I really don't mind the taste of the Braggs alone mixed with water though. It will also help to keep blood sugar stable taken before each meal.
My local grocery store carries it as well but, it is less expensive from Swansons and I order other items from them anyway.
