    The Uk has gone for the most lenient reading of the TPD - that means that the 2ml limit only applies to prefilled tanks and cartridges, so larger tanks aren't affected providing that they're not prefilled, which they're not generally.

    Tap water is OK if you're in a soft water area. If you're in a hard water area your lungs will be inhaling that stuff that furrs up the kettle - not sure you'd want that. Distilled water can be had fairly cheaply from car accessory shops - it's used to top up car batteries.

    I assumed you were UK too - it's a good idea to put your country in your sig so people can make the right recommendations. You might try E-Aromaship as they ship worldwide and sell Inawera who make the best flavourings (in my estimation anyway.)
