    I run Battery Analyzer at 40W and it gets warm, but it does not worm up my mod's 510 connector at all. I stand corrected. It does get up to 175°F. I don't like it. I think, this way is better.

    The PEEK material has arrived. 1 foot long, Ø3/4" for $25.00. And I already hate it. Delrin is much better machining. All morning I was making one insulator. Not a good production strategy.

    I did, so I could use it as a test stand for my PEEK insulators, instead of taking my working Crius apart every time I want to make a new insulator for some body. Or, I will offer it for sale with PEEK insulator and removable (Threaded) Center Pin and Positive Post.

    Here, I disassembled my Crius after two weeks of vaping. The insulator is intact. I took some measurements in case if somebody needs them. The original center pin was replaced with my new threaded one. The old pin has to be pushed out, like this: And, here is how I make them:

    I've rebuilt my wicks and coils a few times since then. Everything seems to be intact. Insulator is fine, AFC and LFC are working just fine. LFC turns when I want it to turn, not when it wanted to turn like before.

    Guys, I don't know if you want to hear this, but I switched to NiFe30 (to replace Nickel) and NiFe48 (to replace Titanium) from Zivipf.de and I couldn't be happier since: Spaced-coils, micro-coild, everything works.

    As soon as I will receive my order of PEEK material from eBay. :2cool: I have ton of Delrin, but you don't want it. I'm willing to bet that Delrin is used in Crius clone. I'm planning to machine few PEEK insulators and place them on eBay. At how much, do you think, I should price them?

    How many atomizers with delrin insulators do you have? In how many of them, has the delrin insulator actually melted? My Crius, with delrin insulator, works for two weeks now. The insulator, in it, is just fine so far.

    Getting is apart is easier then it looks: Take a small, thin kitchen knife, press firmly where you want to separate the base. Roll the base on wooden desk, applying more pressure to the knife.     No, no gurgle, no dry hits, jus tons of vapor that I chock on. As far as it's being PITA to rebuild, ones you have made all the supporting tools, it is really easy.

    Way more vapor and throat hit then I will ever need. I reduced nic down to 2 mg and still too much.
