We might have some hope for the dual 18650 add on. For one, other places could sell it for $25 and not be over their map or whatever it is they call it. Secondly, since it doesn't contain actual batteries, more shipping options from Hotcig chould be available (IE less expensive lol).
Going through Hotcig directly, $16 plus PayPal fee to get this shipped. Not quite $20 but close.

Well I guess the upshot to your custom build is still far more cost effective and unique. To a mod maker that likes to overcharge on their battery packs. I mean sheesh $50+ for a 1300mah pack is insane. Granted the dual 18650 attachment is cheaper but not by much.What a disappointment for me. Does it put much heat into the mod's 510?I made a test Resistor 0.5Ω - 100W
I run Battery Analyzer at 40W and it gets warm, but it does not worm up my mod's 510 connector at all.
Sorry, it is a cheap Chinese resistor and it's tolerance is not written on it. Yes, it is mainly for Battery Analyzer.
