oh god... everyone tells me “once you buy this you won’t need another one” started with an ego AIO.. then went to an alien and baby beast, then a tfv12, then a captain and a cleito 120, and now an eleaf istick and a csmnt rda along with 10+ flavors, oops.
Hi, just last month I got into coil building and love building on RDAs and have recently became interested in mech mods. Anything I should know and any recommendations? I’ve done research and everything, just looking for extra info and recommendations.
Hi, I just have a couple quick questions about TC. Do you prefer TC over wattage? What’s a good temperature for Nichrome 80 for a cool vape? Can I use different settings for different types of coil material? (such as using the stainless steel setting for nichrome and such for different effects...
Hi, so just recently i got a coilmaster build kit along with my csmnt RDA. I did a single coil build on it before just to make sure I can make good coils before I decided to try dual. So today, I do a dual coil build, everything heats evenly, only issue is there is a buzzing sound when I fire on...
Hi, this may sound like a stupid question, but does it come with an allen key or anything, or do I have to buy a separate allen key or screwdriver? If so, which and what size? and any recommendations on a first build for it, along with what gauge kanthal? Is an ohm meter necessary if I have a...
i tested my 20700s that came with my ijoy captain and they charged just fine, no bad smell. seems to just be my samsung green wrapped ones. not worried about the buzzing, its only if i'm an inch or a few away from it.
yeah, and i've seen multiple posts about a smell of burning plastic. still gonna get a warranty claim but if the next ones bad i'm not even going to bother with nitecore anymore. Also, i know this is off the topic i posted about, but, hard decision for me, getting a new mod tomorrow to go along...
literally just emailed support and am registered for warranty. if they approve it i'm going to send this one in and get it replaced, but either way i'm going to buy another charger that isn't nitecore. heard there's better brands to get.
only warm, but of course that's normal. not necessarily hot. have to be fairly close to hear the buzzing, i literally have to lean down to almost have my ear or nose touching it. just gonna unplug it and wait to get a new one or have some more people respond.
So, I have a New i2 by Nitecore battery charger, and if I go close to the charger, I hear a buzzing sound, doesn't sound loud, only when I'm next to it I can hear it. Is this normal or should I ditch this charger?
my exact reaction lmao. so guys, final decision time. ijoy captain, or the sigelei kaos. only two decent mods i could find that aren't overly priced and can support the sense blazer 200 and sense blazer pro.
yeah, looking for a second mod with a second tank mostly. the tfv12 is perfect for the alien, so keeping that on there and getting a second tank. whats it look like on the captain?
of course, like any other mod, i found some issues with it. someone did some tests on it and found the 510 connector would pull out, but another youtuber tried it and it didn't happen. they also tested something with the ohm reader on the mod, and said that was bad too, and that the sense blazer...
yeah, my final decision i'm thinking of is an ijoy captain with a sense blazer 200, would look great together and have great performance together imo. who knows, maybe i'll get the kit and have a third tank, if any stores have it at least. just gotta find the shop in minneapolis that has it. my...
