    For what it's worth...

Doctors expect patients to follow a strict guideline. They are looking out for your health, but sometimes they don't see the benefit from smokers switching from deadly tobacco to a vaping tobacco product that only contains Nicotine and no deadly cancer causing ingredients. That's why we...

Snails - Response on Threads Part 8

Good Morning, Snails! It's been a long while since I posted here on ECF. My wife and I spent some time in a 3 story cabin with a nice creek in Helen, GA with family, came back home for a few days and then my wife and I took off for Cherokee, NC for 5 days. It's always good to get off the road...

    STOP THE NEW VAPE TAX!

Signed and sent. A couple of years ago I re-bottled and froze 3 liters of 100mg/ml nic. I'm still working out of the first liter and have only used a small percentage of the first liter. If you don't have stock in case this passes it could be the last time that you can buy nic and nic...

    How to Fix Stuff

I've owned a couple of guitars with Vibrato tail pieces over the years and sold them for the same reason. The pivot point is the issue with almost all of them, especially Fender tailpieces. Gibson uses the Bigsby tailpiece and those are better designed than the Fender. Tuning is critical and...

    Been gone a while

@https://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/members/bombastinator.43994/, I have used Mooch's chart for years. For my 10W vaping style I use the high capacity chart and buy Sony VCT6, Samsung 30Q, and LG HG2. 20650/20700/21700/26650 Battery Ratings | E-Cigarette Forum 18650 Battery Store - Lithium Ion...

Why do disposable e-cigarettes often leak oil?

I tried Rabbit Tobacco with a couple of 7th grade friends once. It was terrible. It Made me go and buy a pack of Marlboros. Too bad vaping wasn't available then.

    Battery wrap peeling

I use a MiBoxer C4 charger that shows internal resistance in the display. I don't necessarily trash a cell unless vape time is noticeable lower than other cells. 400 milliohms would be a good indicator that the cell needs to be replaced according to most sources I've read. I rotate 8 18650's...

    For what it's worth...

Vaping isn't something that people should start if they aren't trying to get off the cigs. It's a great way to get burning tobacco out of your life and many who enjoyed smoking continue to vape after kicking tobacco cigarettes to the curb. My doctors agree that vaping (as it was intended) is a...

    For what it's worth...

Cooking your lungs isn't going to happen with responsible vaping no matter what your doctor thinks. There's no "oil" in the standard vape. Those who have vaped oils OTOH (CBD, for instance) have suffered terrible lung damage. It's shame that a few uninformed vapers have put vaping in a dim...

    For what it's worth...

FWIW, Vaping (and not smoking) for 11 years now and no sign of lung deterioration, shortness of breath, or decrease in lung function. Several x-rays and CT scans over the last few years show clear lungs at the doctor's office. I monitor my oxygen levels during my stationary bike rides at 80%...

    Am I overcharging my batteries?

An analog meter with a needle instead of a fancy display is fine as long as it's accurate. If your charger displays voltage you can use it to compare with the the meter as you remove batteries from the charger.

    Can i vape 0.1ohm (coil) at 177w with 2x 18650 30a batteries? using Voopoo Drag 3

(Dave watching this thread while vaping a Kayfun v2 with 50pg/50vg at 8 watts and recreating the experience of a Lite cigarette.) To the OP, 100% VG liquids will give you the clouds you are after. With 100% VG you'd be surprised at the clouds you can create without cranking the vape to a high...

    Can i vape 0.1ohm (coil) at 177w with 2x 18650 30a batteries? using Voopoo Drag 3

Vaping was designed to get people off the cigarettes. 10 to 30 watts is a good range to get the satisfaction from nic and replicate the act of smoking without the dangers of burning tobacco. It seems that vaping has also become a "watch this" activity for some. Pushing the envelope frequently...

Tootle Puffers, Part Three! (The Sequel of the Redux)

Back when I was 30 or so I worked out at a local gym and my 3rd set of bench presses usually hit 200 pounds on a free weight bar. I'd start on the machines and then do my benches last. These days it's more about maintaining strength and not worrying about the numbers or the weight. I never...

Thanks, I applied for SS at 62. I retired at age 59 1/2 after 40 years working and have never looked back.

Tootle Puffers, Part Three! (The Sequel of the Redux)

Happy Birthday, DP! Back in March I hit the big 70. Still, I'm still riding about 25 miles a week, sometimes more, on my stationary bike. Upstairs, I have a PC in the exercise room where I still do a moderate workout with free weights and a 6 mile stationary bike ride several days a week. The...

    Upgrading the security at home

Our Ademco system was installed when we build the house in 1997. For 25 years it has performed well except for a failed fire sensor and a couple of times when a window or door sensor magnet caused an inability to set the alarm or a cause a false code while armed. I've been through about 3...

    Upgrading the security at home

Something to check ... A couple of times over the years I've had the window magnets accumulate what looks like tiny iron filings that interfere with the sensors. When that happens we can't set the alarm when we leave. Cleaning the sensor face and the magnets fixes the problem. YMMV.

    Social acceptance of vaping

I've been through the same dialog with a few friends who tried to tell me about the newspaper articles where vaping injured or killed users. I explain to them why that happened to a few who vaped dangerous chemicals in their vape device. Eventually, it all makes sense to them once they...

    Social acceptance of vaping

I switched to vaping in 2010 and it was an easy transition for me. I bought my first Joye 510 cig-a-like and I was on my way to quitting cigs for good. I vaped and smoked an occasional cigarette after meals and with my morning coffee. About 3 months into vaping I decided that doing both was...
