    Usually when someone has a heart attack the doctors say no nicotine at all (and reduce caffeine intake) as it raises blood pressure. Definitely should talk to his doctor - this is what my dad's told him when he had his heart attack.

    new kanger dual coils.. wattage limit?

    I can't tell you wattage, only voltage - I have mine on an EVOD VV, it's 1.5 Ohm, and I have I can set it anywhere from 3.6+ (only gone up to 4.0), and never had a dry hit. Anything below 3.6 and the vapor production falls off a cliff, but still not a dry hit, and yes, it's an enclosed wick.
