    Try it with the .5 coil, the juice hole is a bit wider and can wick high VG juice a bit better. I also had a problem with a few coils that were bad and had trouble with dry hits, bought a new pack of coils and the problem went away. So it is possible you just have a bad coil.

    Usually your clouds will be a mixture of the power you are pushing and the VG ratio. More VG and higher power are generally the answer to lack of clouds. May be a bad coil if you can't push it any higher on the wattage without burning.
