Istick 30 vs 40 battery mAh

Hi people. Was wanting to upgrade to the 40WTC simply because it states a 2600 battery vs 2200 for the 30W.

Heard some things that say the 2600 isn't accurate. Anyone own both? Any data collected?

The istick 50W is 4400 mAh, why not get double instead of an extra 400 mAh?

+1 for iStick 50w, I have one and the battery lasts a solid day at least for me, and that's running full bore at 45-50 watts. But if you have 18650 batteries, get the iStick 100w, super cheap and you can just swap batteries when they get low.

I only have my own experience no hard data. My 30 lasts much longer than my 40 if I am using my 40 on temp control mode. Power mode the 40 gives me an extra hour or two over the 30. I find the difference to be negligible generally though. I like using around 35 watts though so the 40 meets my needs a little better. Both last longer than my single 18650 mods that have similar MAH rating though.

I own both and can confirm that the istick 40 is NOT 2600 mah. I just saw the P. Busardo review and even he said that his was 1860 mah which sounds right to me. I use the same tank (subtank mini) and had it on my istick 30 for work. Bought the 40 watt TC for the nickel coils and the mod dies on the way home from work where my 30 watt would last until bed time. I am upset about this and have contacted the ECF approved seller for satisfaction.

1860 mAh? That's low. I did't think you can measure mAh to an exact number like 1860.

Hate to have to go watch another of his loooong vids, lol.

I skipped thru Busardo's vid and altho he stated a possibly lower mAh battery than specified, he was getting a full day out of it in wattage mode. That's enuf for me. I guess. I most likely vape at a lower wattage than he.

I'd like to be trying some new Boge nickel cartos soon...
