Where are we getting our VG base Currently

I bought two gallons of VG from essentials depot over a year ago. I've just finished the first and cracked into the second. Stored in cabinet in the original jug it came in. No difference from the old to the new jug. If you DIY, just get the best deal you can on whatever quantity you need to get...

    Need to Increase Nicotine Levels

You really are better off using a calculator like ejuice me up. It will give you the EXACT measurements. 100MG nic isn't really super dangerous, but I would want to know how much I am mixing in verified by something other than my math skills.

    new prices after the fda

You could also try ITC vapes. Good juice at a good price. Was my go to before DIY

    Mixing By Weight: Basics 101

The Yorker tops will fit most of the 4 oz and larger bottles of flavoring. I use them on all the big bottles of flavors I use regularly. The smaller bottles all come in dripper bottles anyway so no issue with those. I find two drops out of the Yorker top is about .01 grams.

    Noob Question About Nicotine

What's up Steve! Thankfully the cravings don't outweigh my common sense. No matter how good or bad they smell now, I don't think you could ever get me to pick up another smoke ever again. Don't know if you've ever bought smokes at the poospatuck indian reservation. I drove by there the other...

    Nic strength

I would try the three, worst case is you vape your face off for awhile. I go through that for the first week after dropping nic levels.

    need help with diy juice

One last effort you could try, is to cut it down by 50% with VG, ( you may have to kick the nic back up) maybe it is just over flavored, or at least it may be vapable in a more diluted form. Just a thought.

    need help with diy juice

Leave the cap off it and let it sit a couple days. if the soapy taste wont go away, it may be time to scrap it. I know it stinks to have to throw away a mix like that. I've done it more times than I care to admit. Part of the downside to DIY, but the upsides make up for it in the long run...

If Going Zero Nic, What Flavour You Gonna Pick?

I'll never vape a tobacco flavor again, I'm just that done with tobacco. Coffee vapes make me a little sick. If I could only have one it has to be my Strawberry Cheesecake.....can't face a day without it!

    A question of quality?

As a DIY guy I'll hazard a guess. It would be the flavorings, not only the origin, but the amount. Without a doubt the flavoring is the most expensive component of DIY. It would only make sense the discount juices are made with inferior or less flavoring, or both.

    Mixing By Weight: Basics 101

I can see the issue of the extra flavor in the needle itself being an issue if you are mixing small batches. I mix a minimum of 120ML at a time. .1ML in that amount will not harm anything. Even when I use the scale to mix, I can be off a drop or two and never notice. We aren't mixing complex...

    Egg Custard Snowball

The eggy note is the holy grail of custard recipes. Even the Cap V1, to me, doesn't hit it. I really gave up trying to get it just right, and no recipe any one shared with me was on par with what I wanted. if you feel you do get it right, please, please let us know how you got there.

    Easy Question

Essentials depot will be selling PG and VG to the soap and fragrance DIY crew forever... Don't worry about the base supplies, it's the nic and products marketed as vape specific that will dry up and need to be stocked up on.

    Weird Question - Vaping Session

I have found one of the keys to using vaping to quit smoking, is to stop using your APV as though it was a cigarette. Think patch or gum instead, a slow constant supply of nic to stave off the cravings. The triggers that used to signal time to smoke (after a meal etc.) start to go away when you...

Direct Lung Inhale - Safe/Unsafe - Whats Yours?

Direct lung hits are what got me that first sensation of satisfaction as well. I don't believe either style of vaping is any more harmful than the other. Whatever keeps you off smokes is the right way.

    Easy Question

Really no need to store those long term as they should be readily available for quite some time. If you feel you must squirrel them away, the original packaging should be fine. You could transfer them to glass bottles if you feel leaching from the plastic may occur.
