    I can only recommend Aroma. It took me six months to quit completely, but you sound like you are quicker than I was, CMancini. Also, the idea of having an "emergency backup" helped too. I still have an unopened pack in the glovebox of my car, and I'll be "darned" if I'll ever open them.
