    I'd have to agree, the Panasonic CGR18650CH 2250mah nipple tops are just a hair too long. Looks like I could grind a little bit off of the postive screw or take a little from the neg. isolator, and all should be good.

    Didn't watch the vid, but that's whats happening on mine, with the battery in, when I sit it down, the switch is the first point of contact.

    Anyone else using the Panasonic batts from Sheks coop? Just got a new standard in the mail today, and am wondering if these are only supposed to take flat tops? With the Panasonic in, the switch is dropping down past the "standing" points. The switch is finicky, 2 out of five time it stays...

    There is a modder who makes a shield for the Orion, it replaces the entire top cap.. Trying to get my hands on an iHybrid. I find it weird that 310 assigns 3 different numbers for their orders. An order number, invoice, and shipment, but hey, it's their system, if it works for them...
