    I should probably explain a bit. Proper mold remediation is a costly procedure including specialty equipment, PPE, lab testing and extreme diligence and attention to detail. Mold removal without proper remediation is a major health and liability risk. Some (many) adjusters will understand...

    It would be miraculous if your house was on earth and still void of mold. That won't stop insurance companies from denying some of your benefits by muttering the word incidentally.
