Nothing to forgive. In my previous explanations, I said nothing about flavorings, other than a total percentage (25% in my example). I also taste test all my flavors and have provided a chart that allows me to do that ferociously quickly, without having to start over each time. While I don't...

I use the same PG/VG ratio in all of my mixes and recommend starting there. So, for me, I use 70% VG and 30% PG for a 70/30 VG/PG ratio. That means that I'll be using 30 drops of PG and 70 drops of VG. That's my start. This also means that I almost never use more than 30% flavoring, as the...

I have a blog on the subject that goes into detail. Think of the recipe in parts. Flavor, PG, VG and Nicotine. If the recipe has 25% flavoring, as an example, that would be 25 drops. TFA flavorings are almost always in PG, so 25% or 25 drops is also 25% PG. If one wants a 70/30 VG/PG blend then...

The percentages can all be tailored. Doesn't matter what the VG/PG ratio you prefer is. Just mix your bases to 50% VG and add VG and VG Nicotine at 50%. You can make both into bases if you like and then mix them equally. Easy peasy! Good luck!

I use bases all the time and I can mix to any nicotine level on any of them. I can also make a VG base that includes the nicotine. By adding the flavoring and PG to 30% and the VG/Nic to 70%, I can make juice by mixing just two bases. This is not hard in the least. I used to make bases then...

Others have loaded those recipes onto the dropbox...not me. I have many recipes on this thread that are not on the dropbox, some not even on my calculator. A few people have tried to assemble them all, and I've used their posts for blogs, but even then, not all my TFA recipes on this thread are...

Just add two or three drops of citric acid to the mix ATM, and it'll taste pretty much the same for several weeks. When flavoring gets over 20%, or more, steeping is not really required, as the flavors don't need to "emerge." They're already present. Sometimes steeping helps, but I generally mix...

I have a few watermelon recipes as my daughter Megan likes it. Here's the post of them from previous: Watermelon is not a strong flavor, so it can get tricky to make a lot of different juices with it. Here's my favorite watermelon recipes: Watermelon Bubblegum Watermelon - 15% Bubblegum - 8%...

I totally understand what you're saying. For example, I use Bavarian cream and cotton candy in certain recipes. In others, I use sweet cream and sweetener. Now, one may think they are very close to the same thing, but, for me, anyway, they are very, very different. I do very much like them both...

Regarding the use of plastics, there are many differences that have been pointed out previously. However, if you are using tank cracking flavorings, they will eventually cause the plastic to leach into the mixture. May take a long time, just depends on the plastics and the flavorings. Non-tank...

I generally use only coconut extra. But, as always, we must flavor to taste, which can be done with either flavoring. Recipes are phenomenal starting places, but I've not met one that was exact for me, my vaping power, coil and wick and gear setup. All make a huge difference and require us in...

I always have to adjust percentages to taste. Every last dang recipe for me. Then again, that's half the fun of DIY...that is, getting it just the way I like it. I believe all recipes are suggestions anyway, and require adjustment to suit the individual tastes, heat, wick and coil, and...

How does it vape? Smell is generally a good indicator, but not always. Vape it and find the starting strength. Then, just to check the flavoring, add some vanilla and cream and see if the flavor is ok. If so, then it should work in most mixes. If not, well....then you know! Good luck! :toast: :D...

Where's the best place to buy the Shisha Strawberry. I've bought from Bull City, but I only have a small 30 ml bottle, and usually never buy in amounts less than 4 oz., but this stuff is expensive compared to TFA, imo. Thanks! :toast: :D :thumb: :vapor:

I have mentioned many times that I can't make a good cheesecake. Like you, I have tried many times. I wouldn't feel bad about it. I haven't seen a great cheesecake recipe going on four years now, and one may not exist, as far as my taste buds are concerned. That being said, I've had many...

Perfection in weight measurement is not required to make great juice. Sometimes, being really, really close is good enough, and no one (presumably) can tell the difference in flavoring anyway. I know that I can't, and my sense of the thing is not half bad. So, that being said, I wouldn't worry...

Do you not like apple pie? Most people seem to love it. Regarding my list of recommended flavors, I only included flavors in which I've used those specific flavorings at least three or four times, or more, in different recipes. I tend to make complex flavorings of generally six to eight...

The flavorings can last for years if stored properly. I can't recall a single flavor having gone bad yet, and I've been at it for four years. Good luck! :toast: :D :thumb: :vapor:
