    Did so, and for everyone's edification: The joint is pressure-fit, with a tiny bit of adhesive, but nothing major. He suggested a 3 jaw chuck to get it apart. Thanks again to ScottBee and Switched :)

    Anyone know how to take apart an ego battery? I've got a stuck button (damn thing rolled off the desk, now the button is all wonky), and I want to strip it down & rebuild it. Anyone ever taken one apart?

    $4.99 is the cheapest I've ever heard of for an atomizer... guess we now know why ;) Keep 'em in the "emergency ration" box, lol. Yeah, I'd highly recommend a 5-pack of LR cartos (8-10 bucks, depending on vendor), and slap a drip tip on one. I love it.

    You're not overfilling it, are ya? That's weird... I drip on an ego with LR atty's from HeavenGifts and ecigexpress, and don't get that bad of leakage. 3 drops only :) How much did you pay for 'em? Talk to the vendor... I keep my LR attys around as backup, but have mostly converted at this...

    I'd get more juice. I was a 1.5 PAD smoker, and I now kill a 20ml bottle in like, 5 days. You don't want to totally run out before your next order has time to be placed, shipped, and arrive at your door! Double it to 8x5ml bottles... and definitely all different flavors and not all of them...

    +1. It's the next best thing to sliced bread. Got my ego passthrough a while back from HeavenGifts for about 25, along with other stuff. Really awesome if you're near usb ports a lot. Between my pc at home, pc at the office, and usb adapter in the car... I was sitting on the couch one night...

    Newbie with an idea

    Plus, they may have aged too much. No telling how long those prefilled carts sat in a warehouse, or under what temperatures. Might have spent 3 months on a loading dock in Hong Kong summer heat before they even made it to the US.

    Welcome! Don't be surprised if you end up quitting analogs altogether by accident... in many people's opinion, vaping is orders of magnitude better than smoking. The Blu? maybe it'll be just right for you, but if not, it's always wise to keep a "backup" (or two) around :)

    I was a 1.5 PAD smoker... when I used carts, I think I prolly went through about 6 or 7. Depends on your vaping style, strength of juice, etc. If you go the cart route, get 3 x 5-packs of blank ones, that should last you until your next order (when you'll have a better idea of what you like)...
