WTF PG/VG going up 13 - 25% because of FDA reg. How can that be

Expected. It will come back down, but not nearly as quickly and not as much. It's the way things go.

    Tons of questions about DIY....

Water is the only substance known to expand when cooled. Don't put water in your Nic and it won't expand in the freezer.

Extra flavor, and, max vg ???

Errr, you're in "standard window" territory. There is no generally speaking to extra flavoring. They could call it "new and improved" instead and it'd mean the same thing. Max VG means no plain PG is in the mix so all the PG content comes from flavoring. Flavoring % is all over the map. My...

    Vg Pg ratio

I wouldn't call a recipe "right" until it tastes the same at max PG and max VG. It will have a different feel and work better in different equipment, but it will taste the same. Of course spending 5 months working to get a recipe right is not uncommon for me, but that's a curse of being so...

    Vg Pg ratio

Ratio of PG/VG is what works for you and your equipment best. It shouldn't have any significant impact on taste unless your equipment can't work well with the new ratio or you're using some wonky PG and/or VG.

MTS Vape Wizard and AAA Magic Mask Question

Not the same. I can use VW to do things to recipes I cannot do with juggling the flavoring ratio and %. MM might be a shortcut for those that didn't juggle well, but after many experiments consuming a 30ml bottle of the stuff, I can't figure out what it is really good for.

Indiana Call to Action - Stop the Monopoly

The only time some stuff is discussed is at the Silver Bullet in Beech Grove the third Saturday of each month from 4pm to 8pm. (that's in 2 days for those that have the method and the means to be there) I know someone there has been sitting in the gallery for the federal Goodcat case. Some...

Indiana Call to Action - Stop the Monopoly

There was no released statement concerning the signing of the bill. He did not react to the protests against it except for the usual form letter either. We didn't expect him to make a statement at the time either. His party controls both chambers so it's pretty much rubber stamping whatever...

Indiana Call to Action - Stop the Monopoly

Oh, and mcol, the original bill was worded a bit more like indiana's "beer baron" law. A 3 tiered system that separates manufacturing from distribution from retailers and the 3 shall not be the same entity. So bars and stores may only buy from distributors, people may only buy from bars or...

Indiana Call to Action - Stop the Monopoly

Yesterday the ATC reversed itself ...."However, in light of the two reasonable interpretations of that statutory provision and that the ATC’s published inconsistent directives on that topic the ISEP will extend a period of educational enforcement for 60 days beginning June 30, 2016. During that...

    new to diy

Maybe. When I'm"tweaking" a juice, I just add and make a note of what I put in at the bottom of my notes of what is already in it. When I'm changing the total flavoring % , and keeping the same total volume, VG and/or PG goes up/down in direct relation to the flavoring going down/up. Because...

Indiana Call to Action - Stop the Monopoly

You'll have to prove it in court defending yourself against the infraction fine. That will be after the fight to get a court date. Again don't wave such a bottle in the face of an ATC agent. They range from great people to insufferable .......

Indiana Call to Action - Stop the Monopoly

All bottled eliquid is supposed to be covered. We know out of reports of ATC agent visits that enforcement is not uniform between agents. We suspect that enforcement also varies on the type of shop too, but have not received any evidence of such a thing yet. Make no mistake, ATC does NOT like...

Don't know. The only other vape shop near the one that ATC entered is a permit holder. Folks have speculated that they tipped, but there is no way of me knowing. Could be a disgruntled customer for all I know.

Indiana Call to Action - Stop the Monopoly

We received our first message that an ATC agent entered a vape shop and checked for compliant liquid due to an anonymous tip. The shop was in compliance and the agent left. Just in case anyone thought the letter about no enforcement for so many days had any bearing on vape shops, other than it...

Indiana Call to Action - Stop the Monopoly

Um, there is some weird stuff going on and lawyers are involved, so no official word on this specific topic. Just for general conversation, I will say that I am going to avoid ATC agents and places they tend to congregate while holding a juice bottle in my hands.
