    Ratio of PG/VG is what works for you and your equipment best. It shouldn't have any significant impact on taste unless your equipment can't work well with the new ratio or you're using some wonky PG and/or VG.

    Not the same. I can use VW to do things to recipes I cannot do with juggling the flavoring ratio and %. MM might be a shortcut for those that didn't juggle well, but after many experiments consuming a 30ml bottle of the stuff, I can't figure out what it is really good for.

    Um, there is some weird stuff going on and lawyers are involved, so no official word on this specific topic. Just for general conversation, I will say that I am going to avoid ATC agents and places they tend to congregate while holding a juice bottle in my hands.
