What is it like to vape at 230 watts?

I made a mistake last night and I would like to offer my apology for that. The opinions I expressed are mine, but I realize there are some things which should not be expressed in a public forum. Especially since those opinions were totally off-topic and rude. My first mistake was speaking in...

I apologize for offending you, even though "ppl" offends me.

I don't blame it on the internet. I use the internet daily and see no need for such absurd, pointless abbreviations. Seriously, what is the point in abbreviation, when you're talking about a short word and the "abbreviation" is practically as long as the original word? Is it a "cool" factor...

What is it like to vape at 230 watts?

Thank the Flying Spaghetti Monster for that! (is 'people' really that difficult to type? Damn, people are slugs today) However, I vape pretty much as I used to smoke cigarettes. Back then, I didn't leave huge clouds of smoke billowing out of my car window which nearby observers couldn't miss...

Well, since I've been mixing my own for a while, as well as being on other forums where DIY is as common as LTNS (long time no see) and FWIW (for what it's worth), I got that. It's a common abbreviation universally. So far as abbreviating liters is concerned, that's simply absurd. LTRS is...

    Nicotine Comparisons

One thing about this forum which is a bit irritating is the use of abbreviations which are only clear to the "in-crowd". Nevertheless, I've been mixing my own for a few years off of a single nicotine purchase. I really don't see it as a big deal whether I pay $100 or $50 for two years worth of...

What is it like to vape at 230 watts?

I could never understand why this is even a "thing". I mean, do you want to vaporize some eLiquid to inhale, or do you want to mow your lawn? In my mind, vaping is supposed to give my lungs a (permanent) vacation from smoking, not to torture them.

Going through 50+ ml of juice per day...

50-70ml/day, dang, you're not supposed to drink the stuff! Sorry, couldn't resist and have no advice to offer other than using a device which doesn't use so much. That's 10-14 days' worth of eLiquid for me. I wonder if the obstruction to your vision from the clouds isn't as much or more of a...

    Greetings Earthlings

A fraction? Like 999/1000? Or 4/3? On my planet we're specific, or use a qualifier like, "small fraction", otherwise Sarek makes snide remarks and T'Pol sternly stares incredulously. But welcome to ECF, aka the Eccentric Conglomeration of Fiends.

How many of you moved slowly to 0% with time?

I've skimmed some earlier replies and it looks as though I'm in a minority. Although I have gone down from my earlier 24mg, I've been steady at 18mg for at least six years. In the beginning I was terrified that I would fail in vaping and return to my 35-year, carton per week habit. In...

You don’t need a “lab” for DIY

I've owned digital scales for years (decades likely). But, I use them for measuring (weighing) solids. I take issue with weighing liquids as being more precise than using syringes. Maybe it's a matter of technique and the syringes in use. For high precision, like for flavoring, I use a 1ml...

I will check them out. I don't have a money tree in my yard. But, if it's a difference of $1.29/week vs. 89¢/week it won't make much difference.

You talking to me? LOL. If so, consider a half liter of 100mg will last me about 18 months. So, $102.39 (delivered) doesn't seem bad at all to me. The 500ml, mixed down to my vaping strength of 18mg/ml produces 2,778ml which at my rate of consumption of about 5ml/day will last around 556 days...

I've been vaping for more than 8-years and long ago I found hardware and software which "simply worked" for me. As a result, I've gone periods of years away from ECF. And then, something draws me in and I start reading about whatever new topics catch my eye. In this case, I actually stumbled...
