    We did get one of these a long time ago. It lasted 4 minutes. When we hooked it up to a volt meter to check its output the device crashed and never worked again.

    I'm possibly jumping to conclusions so we will look into it more. Their price is below cost so unless they are getting rid of a few or it's a loss leader, the suspicious part was the price.

    This is true. We had to custom order the dye, get samples, order qty, production, etc. It's been a process that was started months ago. The release date was even scheduled over a week ago. No connection, but we are sad to hear about the news.

    Hi Jim, Dealers pay $199 for the programmer and our cost to make it...very close to what we sell them for. Its not a item we make profit on when you factor in the server maintenance, and updates. Negative profit would be more accurate, but it's purpose is product support. Its a microprocessor...
