Overall we have not had issues and a lot of different tanks have been used. I'm not familiar with this tank. Where can we order one to try or does anyone else have that tank they can try?
Glad they took care of you and sorry for the trouble. We will certainly look at the return and see if we can diagnose the problem. Hopefully the new one provides many years of trouble free operation.
This is very isolated and we have not seen many problems. I can only think of a couple of incidents.
It's silicone, so it shouldn't just dissolve or fail. It should last for years/decades.
This probably happened due to setup in the cart. When a qty is set initially and that count goes to 0, the cart pulls the item off the catalog, but when inventory was hard counted they found it was not supposed to be pulled yet.
Sometimes the cart gets out of sync with the actual inventory.

You will be fine on this one. The P3 actually goes a little below .7 to allow for some wiggle room. It's more like .66

Try removing the beauty ring then using a penny or dime, make sure the 510 connection is tight. I'm sure you have already tried this but just thinking of some things you can try now.
