Not sure about the cartos, was it a .8 or a 3.2? It's possible the boost is hitting it too hard and that added power is taking it out. If you turn off boost does the carto work fine? -

This is exactly the case. The P3 does not use anymore power than the 2.5. The OLED does not use a lot of power and the other features do not use more power except for boost and of course if you turn up your voltage or wattage. Efficiency is the same. It's going to vary a lot my how long your... -

That's a much better reading. Some of the things you did made a huge improvement. Sometimes twisting the spring tighter into the socket on the end cap can make a difference too. You will get much better results by using the stronger spring. -

It's only from the window down that you want to clean. The 510 connection and tank do not affect the IQ. IQ is for input quality so it's only looking at: the spring, the battery, the threads at the bottom, the contact pin inside where the battery positive meets with the circuit board etc. You... -

This would be the cause of the battery saying empty when it's really not. The IQ should be in the 80's or higher ideally. The tank won't matter, it's something to do with the battery and connections. Try cleaning all the connections and tighten the spring into the end cap. Make sure you... -
