There is no risk of bricking the device, so if something happens you can always start over anywhere in the process of updating. You can also skip updates and you don't need to update incrementally. :) -

Hello, When the battery gets towards the end of the charge cycle it will slow to a trickle charge to top off, so while the battery meter shows its full graphically, it's still topping off that last little bit. Once the icon disappears is when it has completed the full charge cycle. :) -

Hi there, It is normal for the device to get warm while charging and during use and it won't harm anything. Mine does the same thing. :) If you are having battery drain issues, please contact us and we can have you check a few things. -

Hi Ramesses, I would recommend the Radius if you like the box style. It's a very nice setup considering you get a battery and charger with the device. It's great for starters. All you need to add is a tank and some fluid and you have a complete kit. :) Hope that helps a little and welcome to... -

Currently when it's charging you have the battery icon indicate it's charging. I would think having the LED on all the time would be an annoyance for some since they charge at night? If you tie it to the LED on/off, then you would have to turn this off every time, if you don't want it. Adding... -

Any standard micro USB will work :) Amazon has lots of options and I would think as mentioned places like target, radio shack, phone stores would have them. This is a cool option: left angle will route the cable down if you want a low profile connector and the cable going down to the bottom...
