Hi Beezer, Not sure why you didn't get a response as were pretty quick about emailing back..maybe it got caught in the spam trap. :( As for batteries the trustfires and ultrafires are not very good batteries and can cause issues. The protection circuit on those cannot handle the power... -

So, it worked for almost 24 hours.........now no light, screen, nothing :(
sounds like it might be something going on with the 18650 cells you are trying. What brand 18650 cells are they? What are the symptoms when you try to use those? -

Heads up on lead times for the black chrome...We have about three weeks until the next batch of production parts hit us for that one color. The Silver and Chrome are going out quick and the lead time on those is back to 1 week. :) -

I think I got a little problem
The center post on the ProVari is raised up a little bit to accomodate all the different types of attys since their center post varies. What you can do is tap the center post on the ProVari down a little if its too high for your setup. Just a gentle tap on that brass center pin down inside the... -

Problem with Provari!!
Hi KiwiVaper, Sorry to hear about the trouble. Check the AO option and see if you get a reading from the carto or atty. If it says OP then its possible its not making a good connection to the atomizer and simply moving the center post on the atty down a little should resolve. If this doesn't... -

The chrome's should be in early next week. Man, I tell ya, this vendor is taking waaay too long to chrome plate parts. We do have another vendor coming online with faster lead times, so hopefully we can shorten the wait moving forward. :) -

Question regarding order payment?
Banking can sometimes be slow. What happens on our end when you place the order, the charge is authorized. This means the bank will hold the funds so they are available when the actual charge comes though. Typically they hold these funds for a certain period of time waiting for the official... -

I agree. It’s got a really nice look to it! We talked about making longer end caps as new longer batteries come out but this wasn’t as economical as a spacer ring so we went with the most cost effective option :) -
