    Hello and welcome I use 100% Vg , I use a higher concentrations of flavor . I use 1 to 50 flavors most company's sale 1 to 5 flavor mix. Best wishes DIY is the only way to go

    I needed 36mg/ml of nicotine to quit smoking and after a bit I started to step down the nicotine to 3mg/ml after 12 months . So you may need a higher nicotine level ? Best wishes
