    You nailed it. The brain likes to mess with you. You are getting the nicotine you need but your brain tells you that you need a smoke. It's been hard-wired after years of smoking. Tell your brain to pound sand and reach for your vape. It gets better.

    There's a site called Doodlebugs. He makes NET's. Some of them are quite strong. Some are milder. He has a flavor called Acid Blonde (from the cigar) that is very mild in flavor and just about the tastiest tobacco flavor I've ever had. I've actually had non-vapors ask me what it was.

    One of the things I'm looking for in a pod is longevity. I like the Sourin Air but they don't last long. I've had two of them die after about 2 months. My son had one die after about a month.
