    The 3.1 looks like it's just your average plastic bell cap. I assume the KF4 is plastic as well, if only because it looks like it's threaded at the bottom. I know nothing about the 4, so I can't tell you if they're interchangeable.

    Usually it's the center pin inside the battery. Try to use a small screwdriver or tweezers to gently pry it up a small amount. Try to not tighten down your atomizer all the way.

    What juice are you using? Most of the gunking I experience is directly related to that because it tends to be on the sweeter side. And Gearbest has the black Mini at a better price than FT, and they also have a purple one.

    A screw has usually worked itself loose, often because of all the heating/cooling cycles it goes through. Some are more prone than others, likely as a result of machining. Sometimes the 510 has become loose, so just another small thing to check.
