I normally draw like 4-5 sec because I have it on low watt to save on battery and the air flow almost all the way shut. When I let off I could hear it still crackling so I got the tank off first and it was still firing as I was taking it off. It wasn't until I got the battery out that the thing...
Pretty sure it's not supposed to auto fire and lock. The fact that the screen wouldn't move off of the 0.5s mark as it was firing continuously is probably not supposed to happen.
I can note that when I send it back. But I would think the company eLeaf would have to be the ones to go through the code and see if they can find anything wrong. I did update it to the newest version so maybe there is an issue with that code.
It's good. DFW vapor is shipping me a new one. They didn't have the black in stock so I am going with the grey. Hopefully it looks okay. I would rather be safe then sorry, Last thing I need is to burn my apartment down because of a faulty mod. I can imagine the media would be all over something...
Do you guys think I should just wait and see if mine messes up like that again, or Just go ahead and send an email to the place I bought it from or the company?
Did you have to call their number and provide them with your name, CC number, last 4 of ssn, and 3 digit code on back of card? I was getting a little alarmed when he was asking me all of this. But I figured they are sending a new card so if they get the old info it shouldn't matter.
Yea, that plus I expect a few bad ones to get past quality control. That is with any manufacture overseas or in the states. It just depends on how well their QC methods are.
Crap, I just got off the phone with capital one, and they have to read back to me each fraud charge that they blocked and confirm them with me. Took like 20 minutes to read them all off. There were at least 30 charges they blocked ranging from $1- $500. They were from like all kinds of places...
Yes, by the time I realized it was glitching and got the tank unscrewed and the battery cap off, it was over 10s. I would probably say it was closer to 15-20 sec. Not sure what wattage it glitched at either because it didn't sound or feel like it was the 13w I had it set at. If it does that...
Guys, I just had a HUGE HUGE problem with my Pico. Very dangerous issue. I was in the middle of taking a draw like I normally do, and all of a sudden the timer went to 0.5 seconds and just glitched and stayed there and it kept firing. I think it burnt the wick. I had to quickly unscrew the tank...
There are only 2. But the Merlin tank is a 28mm tall 23mm diameter.
Yours might be the 25mm. It's probably easier to get an exact measurement with the glass off.
So a few people have been asking about different colored glass for this tank that would fit. I have been trying to find some but nothing that is an exact fit.
If someone has their Merlin tank disassembled They could give this a try and see how much up and down movement there is when screwing...
Lol, i bet I could make my laptop and cell phone batteries explode, but you wouldnt see regulations on those. It's all about the money. That is what makes the world go round.

I would have tried that had I not already thrown it away. I'm going to buy some more notch coils this month. If I am able to get them out of the deck and take a torch to it, I think it would clean the carbon off of it pretty well.
I normally buy Caramel Macchiato flavor juice from DFW. I am starting to mix my own and was looking to see if anyone has a good recipe for Caramel Macchiato that they could share in ml rather than drops. (I am kinda OCD when it comes to measurements and being exact.) I wasn't sure where to post...
