    The #20s seem like a random hit or miss. Could be QC problems as well as so-so design. I've got a V1, and after changing the spring, it hits hard. I'm happy enough that I'm not gonna monkey with it (unlike the #19).

    The ProVari is supposed to have a 3.5 Amp limit, but when I use a 1.9Ω atty I get an E2 error if I exceed 5.4 volts. According to the online Ohm's Law calculator 5.5V should only be 2.895 amps. 6V should only be 3.158 amps, below the stated limit. Any ideas? Problem with the board maybe?

    Please explain to the slow kid in the class how this works, since I don't have one of the original caps to look at. I get cutting off the surround, and flipping over the threaded part (I guess?), but how do you deal with the long original 510 connector & making the connection to the battery...

    Odd... Mine swaps end for end, no problem. Maybe a buggered thread? I like my tube flipped. In the standard orientation, the edge of the fat tube was uncomfortable against the side of my finger. Also, the vents are now at the bottom.

    Solved my softer spring 'issue'. I used the spring that came with my #20 in place of the original 19B spring. I installed it fat coil up - seated against the locking ring. No more misfires. This'll do until I can order some more helix hot springs. Especially since I have the 19E on the way. :D

    Delrin's melting point is ~350° (F), so I think boiling it shouldn't present a problem.
