    Doesn't distilled water also (in addition to thinning) add throat hit? Never tried it, but somehow, that's what I thought I had read.

    Thanks. I may have been hitting the wrong button, and then finally hit the correct button without realizing it, but the mod is working fine now. I will definitely make sure I select yes in the future.

    Most of my stock is squonkers, spare Reo parts, wire, rayon, and DIY supplies. Got plenty of mods and RDAs, and a huge box of rayon. Anything else can be bought no matter what the FDA does to us.

    I built one from stainless steel clapton wire and one from kanthal clapton - the kanthal coil is the one acting up. I did this - the leads seemed tight but I torqued them down a bit more and one screw barely moved. Restarted the mod and it seems to have worked over night. If it happens again...

    So, I have had two Pulse 80w mods for a while (updated to the current firmware) and always used the same two Nudge 22 RDAs on the mods, with no issues. Today I switched out the Nudge RDAs for two new Recurve RDAs. One of the mods is working fine, the other however, asks for a new/old coil...

    I would need at least five spools: 24 and 26 gauge in kanthal and stainless steel, and one spool of single-core, 26/32 stainless steel clapton.

    What would be for you the minimum equipment?

    One Reo Grand with an O-Little, or one Reo P67 with a Stumpy would be my minimalist choice. Maybe a tube mech and RDA for juice sampling. Add some wire and wick and I'm good.

    I can't seem to part with all of my lighters. I'm a "be prepared" kinda guy and believe that my old Zippos and Bics might come in handy for other stuff. I've given a few away, but keeping the rest.

    Great mod at a great price. If I needed another Reo I'd buy this and sand it down to bare aluminum, or maybe just enough to have the aluminum show through the pebbled finish. Either way, I know it would work forever.
