I like vaping at high watts but don't like how fast it drains my batterys. So now now I vape at 30-35 watts with a single 8 wrap spaced 26 guage coil with a 2.5mm ID. Gives good enough vapor production for me and with my vapor flask with 2 25r's the battery life lasts almost 2 days.
I've had problems with e liquid getting into my vapor flask. It sometimes builds up between the top plate and the main body of the flask. It doesn't short it out but does the opposite. Because the liquid is non conductive when it builds up it will cause a bad bad negitive connection through the...
It can take a while to dispatch if you use the regular registered mail shipping method. I think it's low priority when you use this shipping method and only gets dipatched overseas after priority stuff does. Using the express epacket shipping is much faster. It's treated as high priority and...
I think VHRB2014 has give the best advice for guage of wire for dual coil. 28 gauge will work well at 29 watts in dual coil. The ramp up time will be much quicker than 26 guage at that power level. Try to aim for a dual coil build at around .7 to .8 ohm with it and it should work well.
I have a...
I feel for you mate. Does sound like you have had some really crappy luck so far. Looks like your only options would be to send it for repair or buy a new mod.
Or if you're feeling brave open it up and see if you can locate the problem and try to fix it yourself.
Suppose it's different for everyone. I was a heavy smoker for 16 years smoking roll your own tobacco and after about 2 day not smoking I started coughing up lots of black crud from my lungs and it took about 6 months before it all cleared.
It really freaked me out at first just how much crud was...
Definitely sound like he's taking you for a ride. Sound like there is a problem with the mod. It should fire a .25 coil ok if it goes down to .2. If low resistance or high current protection was stepping in because of the coil it wouldn't fire and say low load or reduce power not fire at its max...
Ah I see. If you are going to be sub ohming then I wouldn't go higher than 12mg. sub ohm tanks are much more efficient at delivering nicotine. Also if you're using a sub ohm tank you will be able to use higher VG liquids as they have better wicking. 70/30 VG/PG or 80/20 VG/PG will work fine and...
If you're getting too much throat hit you could try a higher vg liquid. VG gives less throat hit than PG. The ecto clearomizer uses wicks hanging down from the top doesn't it? If it does I wouldn't go for VG any higher than 50/50 or you may get wicking issues and dry hits.
If 12mg is a little...
This sort of comment irritates me a little. Just because something is natural/organic/comes out the ground does not mean it's safe/safer than man made products. Tobacco for example is natural/comes out the ground and we all know the health dangers of using that.
As for vaping around children I...
I vape 100% VG liquid and notice after a while a film of what must be VG building up on my windows. This does not bother me too much as I can just clean it off but I've been thinking if this residue is building up on my windows is it getting into and building up in my electronics such as my TV...
These are what I use almost every day.
Mods: SXK 60W Vapor flask with TC, Vamo V7 40W
Attys: Goliath RTA, Kayfun Lite Plus V2 RTA, Yep RDA, Dark Horse RDA, Plume Veil RDA
I recently switched from cotton balls to rayon and have noticed a lot more spitting/popping on my twisted coil builds. I'm guessing because of the better wicking my coils are getting over saturated. I'm yet to find a fix and it's starting to annoy me because every time a take a pull I get...
Those batteries are NOT suitable for vaping especially in a mechanical mod. You are risking battery venting and causing yourself injury.
As VapingBad and sonicbomb said you should be using high drain batteries like Sony VTC4s, Samsung 25Rs or LG HE2/4.
