    Wicking seems fine, I wish I would have left more above the coil like yours. Looks like my wire needs to be twisted more also, based on yours. It's a learning process as with anything new I guess. :)

    OK, built a ~0.4 ohm twisted 28g Kanthal coil. And the results... Not to shabby, especially considering this is my first use of twisted wire and this type of coil.
