Nope, resistance has definitely changed on many of my atomizers. I've used dedicated ohm meters, voltmeters, and oh meters on pvs in the past to support these experiences. Very weird. -

Then why does dry burning the gunk off the coils cause the base resistance to drop back down? Electrons flow through the surface of the coil. When something is covering the surface of the coil, it adds resistance. -
