    20 Drops Isn't a ML!!

Because not all drops are created equal. So if someone with a larger/smaller dropper tries to replicate that recipe ... the finish product could very well taste much different and not what the recipe maker intended. Some people might think "yeah but if you use the same size dropper for the...

    Efest VS AW

All these newer hybrid batteries are based on IMR chemistry. The Panasonic GCR18650 that many of us use aren't true IMR either. Will be interesting to see if Panasonic continues on the 4.35 volt path that Sanyo was going down but it's beginning to look unlikely. I've heard that the NCR18650...

    20 Drops Isn't a ML!!

Yet another reason to use percentages over drops. Also, a 3ml syringe works just fine for smaller batches (<30ml). Larger batches I generally use 5ml syringes (<60ml).

    Anything better than ProVari?

I hear you. Just saying that the OPs question is rather subjective. To some ... the Vamo could very well be "better" than the Provari and vice versa. In fact, there ARE people who use their Vamo as a main pv and their Provari as their secondary. It just depends on each person ... what...

    Anything better than ProVari?

Different strokes for different folks. The amp limit, archaic menu system and the lack of multiple battery size capacities out of the box are what have prevented me from buying a Provari for some time now. That's not to say I don't think it's a good device ... just not for me and my money...

    Torching Stainless

This would probably be best answered in the modding section. I'm sure you'd get an answer quicker.

What is the best SOLID, easily repaired, and affordable mec mod out there?

K100. Cheap enough that if you managed to lose it you wouldn't be out tons of money. Its feels very solid in the hand ... has a sturdy locking ring ... and performs pretty darn well. As far as "easily fixed" ... most mechanical switches are made of general hardware that can be obtained at a...

Looking for a good mech mod

If your battery is getting hot real quick like that you probably have a short in your atomizer. Also ... cleaning the contacts atleast once a week is a must on most mechanicals. Outside of looks ... most of the brass contact mods like the Gus, GP Paps, and GG have the same performance as the...

    Ugghh.. What to buy!

I got really lucky and happened to get on electronicstix site when the Zen was in stock lately. I gave up on trying to buy an iHybrid ... it's MUCH harder to obtain do to the current amount of people who plan to buy them for profit. Best advice I can give is keep updated on their...

    Anything better than ProVari?

All the load tests I've seen show the Vamo is pretty accurate. Anything over 11 watts and there is a drop without stacking batteries. Provari is dead accurate but requires a bit more fiddling when you want to change settings or access the menu. The Provari also requires additional purchases...

Non Battery powered E-cigs...Post Apocalyptic Scenario...

"Can you put some ejuice on some tin foil and light the bottom ... then suck the vapor through a straw?" lol Freebase Vapen! Solar panel as mentioned above is the obvious answer.

    Kamry K100

IMRs are pretty safe to use without a fuse as long as you understand the amp limit of the battery and what you are drawing through your atomizer. You don't want any shorts either. First sign of a battery issue is going to be heat. If you have a short or are over discharging the battery it...

    Yesssss!

DOH! Dropped my Zenesis on a metal bed frame last night (I TOLD you all this is why I steered away from high end mods). Freaked out ... then picked it up. No noticeable dings, scratches, or cracks in the glass! Really impressed with the machine quality and finish on this thing. The...

Standardized Recipes! *This is how we do it!*

Yeah, I always use percentage. It's the only way others can truly replicate your recipe to the T and it makes things eazy peazy.

    The Cody (Ody Clone)

I don't even think the premade wicks I bought are 3mm wicks ... which could be part of the problem. Gonna have to buy some nores wire and build my own because I'm still having wicking issues. It almost seems like the juice gets vacuumed inside the tank. To get it to produce good quality vapor...
