RB, the pin must make contact with the positive post of the Provari...it is adjustable by unthreading it...take it out and look beneath it to see the post that holds the block to the base...it also has a screw slot so that you can tighten the block with it...then reinsert the screw, leaving it... -

Build the coil exactly as you would with a KFL+, you will see that the deck is identical...use your cotton or rayon wicking material, I tend to prefer the KohGenDo cotton, but the rayon CelluCotton works equally well (I find it a little harder to work with in a 2mm microcoil) -

RB, I have a Russian 91%, actually was my first RBA, same functionality as the KFL+, and I do like the blasted finish and I actually prefer the drip tip of the Russian. They are otherwise identical in build quality and ease of use...I believe many of the parts are interchangeable. Don't get a... -

Rod, you might try holding your thumb over the air hole when opening up for a refill...I believe any bottom fed vacuum device will have the same issue. -

That's an interesting point...I wonder what the difference is between the legs attaching to the posts from the bottom of the coil or from the top...I've done it both ways and don't know that it makes a lot of difference...some attys physical structure make it easier to do one or the other...I'm... -

I ordered a "thingy" from FT that fits in the top and allow you to unscrew the base without losing juice and fill from the bottom. Let you know how it works when it gets here from China :( -

Agree with you...I have tried both ways and the differences are subtle. I think I like the stronger hit the best. Harkens back to my analog days :(- karlmetz

I have been using 28g Kanthal 9 wraps on 2mm form with touching coils...getting 1.8 ohms, cotton wick, vaping at 8-9 watts with juice channels at 45 degrees to cup openings and juice control open about 90 degrees (1/4 turn). Getting very good results.- karlmetz
