    You've had some of your carto's rust? I've still got Boges from pre-boguegate days and none of mine show any signs of rust. I've never been a huge carto fan but they do come in handy to use on my Reo if my RM2 is in need of a new coil and I don't have the time to build until later.

    There has been quite a few proposed bills in NYS each of the last few years that would have significantly effected our vaping in NYS but fortunately few bills made it out of committees once referred there and the few that did haven't been able to be reconciled into one bill between the assembly...
