    Just curious, are you using the Melo 3 or Melo 3 mini? I've not had any problem using the xtank coils with my Melo 3 mini. It shouldn't matter which tank since they are suppose to take the same coils but if they're not working for you there is a problem somewhere. Your guess makes sense...
