Suggestion Box! - What would you like to see from AltSmoke?
I have not tried, but I think there is enough free length in the spring for that to work with the standard 18650 bottom. Maybe someone could chime in that has tried it. -

Using a small flat blade screwdriver, lightly pry up on the Silver Bullet atomizer connection center post. You can bend the spring back once. No worries. The 3400mAh have a black "retainer" and do not do the same as the 2900 and 3100mAh cells. I would also like to clarify that the actual PCB is on the bottom of the cell and not the top. I should have referred to it more as a bushing for the positive post of the battery. The positive... -

The battery is normal. AW started use a flex PCB and what you are seeing is normal. All of mine look that way. The vent on the top of the switch is intended to be there. However, it looks as if the dreaded hanger mark is there. Looks like I dropped the ball with inspecting the finish on yours... -
Silver Bullet Doesn't Work....
Mike it is tricky to replace the o-ring. If need be it can be sent to me to be rebuilt. If you need to do that, log onto your Altsmoke account and submit a ticket. I can track issues much more efficiently with the ticket system. -

Mike, How far is the center post of the cartomizers sticking out past the threads? Have you used an adapter on your Silver Bullet? -

SB Switch question
Its just the plating rubbing off. I have aggressive body chemistry and it happens to mine after a few months. It is purely cosmetic. -

Sorry to hear about your problems with the switch. I catch over 98% of the "Funky" switches when I test them. Best advise I can offer before I have you send it in to be rebuilt is to use some mechanical agitation. FIRMLY tap the switch on center several times with your finger. This will normally... -

Question about the Black Chrome SB
The Black Chrome is a common finish on firearms and will scratch. It is not a rugged finish but it looks so damn good :) As time goes on it will wear down to a smoke color :)
