Yes it is Pmom...I have yet to have it scratch off a tube. They are quite permanent as she puts them in a kiln and I've been getting bedazzle tubes for years now that fit anything I have:laugh:. They all look as good as they did the day I got them.:) I hear you Trose...these are affordable...- catcat
