Reducing Nic Results
For me its seems the exact opposite. I only DIY my own juices, never store bought. When I was making 12-18mg nic, I used close to 20% flavor.. Now that I'm down to 0-2mg nic, I'm making my juices at <10% flavor to taste the same.. Not sure if its just my taste buds, or since there is no 'spice'...- mjradik

Lava Tube voltage tests w/ Dua Coils and others.
Honestly.. I'm thinking about returning my LT, and just getting a stright 3.7v tube mod, and using it with my 1.7ohm resurrectors.. Thats a much better vape than 2.5ohm on the LT. The LT only lets you get about 5v on 2.5ohm You need 6v to get a good vape on 2.5ohm... using 1.7ohm... -
How long is this batt supposed to last you?
Thats alot better than mine. I got a bogus battery.. can't wait for my supplier to get them back in stock so I can warrenty it... Mine only lasts less than 4 hours... and I'm only vaping between 3.7 and 4 volts.... totally blows... -
Lavatube and Protected Batts???
So I got a lavatube, and I know my clone AW IMR 18650 battery it came with has issues/is bad. The charge only lasts 4 hours or less, totaly blows. However, most places are out of AW IMR batts. (and the place I got it from is out so I can't warrenty it yet...) So I have several 18650... -

got it 5 days ago... yes black up/down buttons, red power button. I do see on some other threads, people report getting a 10 watt limit. Wattage is different from amps, and doesn't go to a 1 to 1 scale with samps, but thats what I'm seeing. 4.9v at 2.5 ohm, and 5.6v at 3.0 ohm are both 10 watts. -

Besides my battery issues, thats the other thing.. The LT has the so called "2.5amp" limit. However, I don't see that, I see it more like 2.0 to 2.2 BUT what you just said descirbes it better. 10 watts... now that makes perfect sence... No wonder my 2.5 and 3.0 ohm cartos aren't getting the... -

Cheep/Easy Carto Punch for Tanks
Found this video from Shan on you tube. Another great video from her. Build your own carto punch for tanks. Its very easy, and works awesome. I just made mine. (I used a cut 2x4 and a drill) I can literally punch 10 cartos in a couple minutes. In MD, the tapping valve costs $10 at home depot.- mjradik

Mine as two black up/down buttons and a red on/off button, + fire button. You are correct, my battery does not have a nipple top, so its not a true AW. I'm using a inline voltage meter from mad vapes. The drop in voltage is both measured with that, and I also can totaly notice a drop in vapor... -

Its the latest. Just got it in 4 days away.. Got it from Apollo. but they are all the same, they all come from L-Rider. I just might be an unlucky one and got a defective unit/battery. The battery comes wit the kit. Its an AW IMR, but prolly a clone of some sort.. -

Yea I'm pretty sure my batt is bad/defective.... However, based on what I'm reading other places/posts, the low voltage and under voltage issues I'm having seem to be how the LT works... argg..- mjradik

I'm glad I see I'm not the only person with issues with the LT. Heres my two main gripes about the LT (excluding my battery issues). 1. Auto Adjusts too low. On my 2.5 ohm DCs, it wont go above 4.9v. I should be able to vape it at 6v. My 3.0 ohm, vapes at 5.5max, why not 6... -

woops, I meant to post this here, and not in specifically the lavatube subforum. (Sorry for the double post) I've seen a few posts about people wanting voltage meters, and them being out of stock everywhere. Mad vapes got their black ones back in stock.. 22 available at the time of this...
